Local Pickup

If ordering from our virtual store you can pick up at our store in Orlando, FL. When you check out online with the local pick up option, you will receive an email when your order is ready including instructions for pick up. Local pick up orders will be ready in 2-4 days. All orders must be picked up within 3 days once your order is ready. After 3 days, the order will be canceled and a 15% restock fee will be applied against the refund total.

Processing & Shipping

The shipping rate for your order will be calculated based on USPS rates and you have the option at checkout of selecting USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. Note that \Priority Mail does not guarantees a delivery date only the Express Mail Option does.  

Your plants will be shipped within three to five business days of purchase. Delays may occur because of holidays or severe weather conditions in the area. Tracking information will be emailed to you at that time of ship out. 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not issue refunds for any plants, but instead offer replacements and store credit when appropriate. Shipping costs and gift cards are non-refundable.

Replacements and store credits are issued at our discretion depending on the level of damage to the plant. We require pictures of the full plants along with close ups of any damage for review. A Replacement or Store Credit may be refused by Angie's Planties at any time. 

To start a case, email angies.planties@gmail.com full pictures of the plant along with relevant closeups of any damage are required with your submission. The email must be sent within 24 hours of the plant arrival. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your submission, and let you know if we have an available replacement to ship. If not, we'll let you know if we've approved a store credit. Please note it can take 2-3 business days to get back to you.

*Remember, it’s natural for live plants to show signs of stress after transit. You can help your plant perk up from its journey by gently pruning any foliage damaged during the shipping process, such as bent stems or yellow leaves. Removing damaged foliage gives your plant back energy for new, healthy growth. 

Changes To An Existing Order

We strive to process and package your order quickly so that we can get your new plant on its way to your home. Any changes to your order must be received within 12 hours of placing your original order to ensure that there is time to make those changes prior to shipping. E-mail changes to angies.planties@gmail.com and we will attempt to accommodate your request. 

Unpacking

Each plant is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival to your home. Plan to unpack your plants as soon as you receive them. You will find them protected by polyfil,  a satin sleeve, a kraft sleave and bubble wrap to protect their leaves. Slowly slide the plant out of its sleeve being careful not to bend any leaves. We do not advise replanting for at least 2-4 weeks in order to give your plant an opportunity to adjust to its new living environment.
